Seoul Day 3: Seokchon Lake, Starfield Library & the Han River
Day 3 is a slower day south and west of the river — a lake, a giant library and sunset by the water. Part of the 3 days in Seoul itinerary.
Morning: Seokchon Lake
A lakeside loop next to Lotte World and Lotte World Tower. Easy, flat and lovely in early April, when cherry blossoms line the path.
- Subway: Jamsil Station (Lines 2, 8)

Midday: Starfield Library, COEX
Inside COEX Mall in Gangnam, this open library has towering bookshelves and free seating. Opened in 2017, it’s one of Seoul’s most photographed indoor spots.
- Subway: Samseong Station (Line 2)
Afternoon: Ewha Womans University
Founded in 1886, Ewha has a striking campus — look for the sunken glass ECC building. The streets around it are full of small cafes and shops.
- Subway: Ewha Womans University Station (Line 2)
Sunset: the Han River
End where locals do: on the riverbank with a convenience-store ramyeon. Yeouido is the easiest park to reach. More: Han River parks guide.
- Subway: Yeouinaru Station (Line 5)
Still have time? Take the KTX to Busan or Gyeongju.
